Job Description:

Jempson’s Ltd is looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, committed to enhancing the customer shopping experience and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage day-to-day operations smoothly, and motivate team members to achieve store targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Merchandising: Ensure that store displays are organized and maintained to Jempson’s
high standards.

• Stock Control: Monitor and rotate stock effectively to minimize waste and maintain
quality.
• Customer Service: Deliver a friendly and welcoming shopping experience, going above
and beyond to meet customers’ needs.
• Post Office Duties: Fulfil Post Office responsibilities (training and vetting will be
provided)
• Team Support: Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive work
environment and uphold Jempson’s customer-focused values.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be over 18 to fulfill all duties, including Post Office responsibilities
