Derek started work at F.K. Carter’s in Battle 42 years ago as an egg grader.
Today he is Managing Director and the driving force behind a tremendously thriving free-range poultry farm in Catsfield, Battle, East Sussex.
Together with his fellow directors and dedicated work force they distribute free range eggs throughout the whole of Sussex and Kent.
