Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Home Delivery Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers’ homes. You will represent the company during customer interactions, requiring excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The role involves driving, handling deliveries, and navigating various routes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers’ residences.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products as per daily delivery schedule.
• Load, unload, and organise packages or goods in the delivery vehicle.
• Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle (e.g fuel, tire pressure, etc.)
• Follow the assigned routes and use GPS or other navigation tools for efficient delivery.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any issues.
• Handle deliveries with care, ensuring all packages remain intact and undamaged.
• Collect and record payments or confirmations if necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or queries.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or delivery issues to management promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in delivery driving or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Hours: 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Full-Time, 5 Days a Week
Job Description:
The Stock Replenishment Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all frozen food products are adequately stocked and displayed in an organised and efficient manner. This role will also involve assisting in other departments, such as magazines, to maintain overall store inventory. The position requires early morning shifts and the ability to work full-time, five days a week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Stocking and Replenishment:
• Unload deliveries and stock shelves with frozen food products.
• Ensure all items are correctly priced and labelled.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
• Replenish shelves in other departments, such as magazines, as needed.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for inventory management.
Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Store Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the frozen foods section and other assigned departments.
• Ensure all aisles and displays are free of clutter and hazards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred.
• Familiarity with frozen food products and inventory management is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability:
• Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM.
• Flexibility to work five days a week, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description:
In this role you will have the overall day to day responsibility of the petrol station & all of its various functions within. Jempson’s Ltd is seeking a self-motivated supervisor who enjoys working with the public and who can support our current team and improve the customers shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail focused & dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and who can also be flexible with work hours as the role includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Welcome each customer with a smile & friendly greeting
• Replenish, date check & rotate stock accordingly
• Take in supplier & Fuel deliveries
• Undertake fuel dips & complete reconciliations
• Be the first point of contact for customers with queries or complaints face to face or via the telephone
• The ability to manage confrontation whilst remaining calm and professional at all times
• Operate tills, scanners & credit/debit card terminals, also the Paypoint and Evri systems
• Collect payments & issue refunds and exchanges when required
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Keep the till & shop areas clean and orderly
• Assist customers with the site’s facilities
• General site up keep and maintenance including trolley collection from the car park
• Maintain compliance with all Forecourt Operating Procedures including the health & safety measures as stated
• Maintain compliance with all Jempson’s company policies and procedures, including age checking
Qualifications & Skills:
• A positive, helpful attitude toward customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous knowledge of till operation, including cash, credit cards and till receipts is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
• The ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance is essential
• Must be physically fit and have the ability to carry heavy loads
• Reliable transportation is required

• Wet Stock control – ordering and monitoring. Strategic buying
• Planning and executing stock taking in a timely & accurate fashion
• Plan & control Stock taking
• Ensure all food items are properly stored and at the appropriate temperatures
• Ensure all relevant paperwork & records are completed and up to date
• Ensure the site is always ready for an unannounced EHO visit
• Ensure all staff are adhering to the Health & Safety Regulations
• Ensure all staff are adhering to the Forecourt Operating Procedures
• Ensure Alarm system is covered for call outs. No 1 & No 2
