With over 30 years in the trade, Paul, and his small team of former fishermen, specialise in the wholesaling of fish landed on the beach by the famous Hastings fleet. Boats have worked from this beach for over a thousand years.
Certified under the Marine Stewardship Council, Paul is one of the few fish merchants that carry this tough accreditation for sustainable fish.
Paul is one of our main suppliers of locally caught fish, we’re delighted to be able to work with him. Our fish from Paul reaches Jempson’s Peasmarsh within 12 to 24 hours to ensure maximum freshness.
